My mom and I are Belgians while my stepfather is a Spaniard. My sister is both. So, unnecessary to say that, since my early childhood, I experienced the savors of Spanish recipes. I like Spanish culture and aliments and my stepcousins commonly say about me that I'm a "real Spaniard type"!

You might think that I'm nothing but innovative but my favorite Spanish meal is... Paella de Mariscos! And I consume paella as frequently as manageable, whether I go to Spain or not.
