I discovered Mexican chocolate while still in my teens. It is a dark, grainy chocolate, full of sugar and cinnamon You can usually find it in larger supermarkets and comes in fat,round tablets. Mexican chocolate is wonderful in hot chocolate, but is meant for baking. On my lens I have included recipes for hot chocolate, bundt cake, and ice cream.
