Spicy beef -- just mentioning the name makes my mouth water. We don't usually make this item at home, and is usually reserved for family get togethers. One of my favorite beef recipes. We usually have it with rice and the combination is just out of this world! I am sorry if this sounds exaggerated, but it is definitely not! I love it -- truly, madly, deeply! Try it out.
